Diamond Creek Medical Centre is a mixed-billing practice, which means that some patients/services are bulk billed, while others will incur out-of-pocket expenses.

Bulk Billing (Between Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm) is available for:

• Children aged 15 and under
• Pension Card Holders aged 75 and over
• Veteran (DVA) Gold Card holders

Patients are required to assign their Medicare benefits to the doctor by the end of the consultation to be bulk billed.

There is no bulk billing on weekends and public holidays.

Private billing will apply to all other patients not meeting the bulk billing criteria.

Private billing will apply to all patients seen on weekends and public holidays.

We offer a discounted fee for patients who hold a Concession or Health Care Card (HCC) that do not fit the bulk billing criteria.

Patients who do not hold a valid Medicare card will be required to pay a private consultation fee.

For private billing, payment is required in full at the time of your appointment, and your Medicare rebate is processed and paid to your bank account within 48 hours.

A $50 no-show fee will be charged if you fail to attend your GP appointment. This fee is not covered by Medicare and must be paid before further appointments are made.
