At our clinic, we are committed to providing high quality healthcare to all our patients. To continue offering the level of care you deserve while also keeping up with rising operational costs, we operate as a mixed billing practice.
BULK BILLING ONLY AVAILABLE FOR: Children under the age of 16 & Pensioners aged 75 and over between Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm ONLY. Excluding Public Holidays
Why We Charge a Fee:
The cost of providing quality medical services continues to increase due to factors such as:
- Rising wages and cost of living
- Increased administrative and compliance requirements
- Investment in medical equipment and technology
Unfortunately, government Medicare rebates have not kept pace with these rising costs. As a result, to maintain the standard of care you expect and deserve, we must charge a modest fee for most services.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us continue to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare.
**Please Note: We are Mixed billing practice, some of our doctors are fully private billing. If you face a financial difficulty, please discuss with your doctor**
